Infomatika at ASEAN 2026

From June 17 to 19, 2026, Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, will serve as the main venue for the 5th Russia–Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit. The event marks a significant milestone — the 35th anniversary of dialogue relations between the Russian Federation and the ASEAN member states.

The anniversary summit holds special significance, as Kazan has become the first city in the Volga Federal District to host an in-person event of this scale and importance. This highlights the region’s growing role as a key hub for international cooperation and economic engagement.

The summit is expected to welcome 14 official delegations from ASEAN member states, along with the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) and the President of the Republic of Belarus.

As one of the region’s leading technology companies, Infomatika is showcasing its cutting-edge solutions at two key venues of the summit:

1. At the “Made in Tatarstan” Exhibition, held as part of the Republic of Tatarstan’s unified regional stand, Infomatika is showcasing the M2030 smart turnstile, developed for the Moscow Metro, as well as the Vector Plus series smart turnstile for sports venues, which is set to be installed at King Fahd Football Stadium in Saudi Arabia.

2. At the “Russia–ASEAN: Partnership Without Borders” Business Forum, Infomatika is presenting the next-generation Horizon M.POS mobile smart turnstile as part of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan’s exhibition stand. The solution features integrated payment functionality, enabling seamless access control and cashless transactions within a single device.

The company’s participation in the summit’s events provides an opportunity not only to showcase the export potential of Russian security and access-control technologies, but also to engage in direct discussions with prospective partners from the rapidly growing economies of Southeast Asia. This opens new avenues for international cooperation, technology exchange, and the expansion of Infomatika’s presence in global markets.

ASEAN currently comprises Brunei Darussalam, Timor-Leste, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.
