Infomatika at the Metalworking 2026 exhibition
Infomatika Company presents the Rotor full-length turnstile at the METALLOOBRAZOVANIE-2026 exhibition. This is a comprehensive solution for organizing secure access to industrial and restricted facilities with high security requirements.
The solution is presented at the booth of our partners, the Corporation of Robots.
"Rotor" is an intelligent access control system that combines the Lenta SCADA, VisionLabs biometrics, and additional personnel verification modules, such as an alcohol breathalyzer and an explosive vapor detector. The solution was developed in collaboration with Laser Systems and YUPH.
At the entrance, the system builds a multi-level access scenario. To pass through, an employee goes through several stages of identification and verification:
1. applies a contactless access card;
2. confirms identity using VisionLabs facial biometrics or a PIN code;
3. passes an automated state control through an alcohol test;
4. passes a check for traces of hazardous substances using a detector.
Access is allowed only after successful completion of all stages. This approach eliminates the transfer of passes, reduces the risk of employees being allowed in an inappropriate state, and enhances control at facilities with high security requirements.
At the exit, a simplified scenario can be used — a pass using a contactless card, which provides a balance between strict control and the convenience of daily operation.
Rotor is suitable for industrial enterprises, secure facilities, transport infrastructure, and production sites where reliability, controllability, and a high level of protection are important.
With the Infomatika solution, access control becomes part of a unified enterprise security system that is technologically advanced, flexible, and ready to meet the challenges of modern production.
