Smart Turnstiles for Rostec City Business Park

Infomatika has completed the first phase of implementing access control and security solutions at Rostec City, Russia’s largest Class A business park.

Rostec City, the future headquarters of Rostec, is one of Russia’s largest Class A business campuses. With a total area exceeding 263,000 square meters, the complex is designed to support the daily operations of thousands of employees and visitors through advanced infrastructure and smart building technologies.

Given the scale of the facility and the high volume of daily employee and visitor traffic, Infomatika equipped all 13 buildings with Flagman Lite smart turnstiles and Concept DUO automatic swing gates.

The installed smart turnstiles are equipped with integrated multi-format readers, color displays, and intelligent LED status indicators. To support visitor management, the turnstiles feature built-in card collection modules that automatically retrieve temporary access cards upon completion of a visit. The Concept DUO automatic gates provide convenient access for people with reduced mobility and can be operated either via access credentials or remotely from the security control center.

The premium design of the equipment combines advanced technology, high-quality materials, and refined aesthetics. Beyond providing efficient and reliable access control, the devices enhance the prestige of the facility and seamlessly integrate into the architectural vision of one of Russia’s largest Class A business parks.

The completed scope of work represents the first phase of the Rostec City deployment. Future stages of the project предусматривают further expansion of the site's security infrastructure and the implementation of additional Infomatika solutions throughout the complex.
