On August 30, 2022, a new high-tech technopark, the Bashir Rameev IT Park, opened in Kazan. The technopark aggregates startups, IT companies, creative initiative youth and representatives of investment funds from all over Russia and neighboring countries, attracting people to the republic who create new technology companies. The Technopark has a Children's IT Park and is home to the largest cyber arena in the Volga region and the second largest in Russia with an area of 1,100 square meters.
Following the general concept of the Technopark, Infomatika has equipped the IT park with a unique multi-level access control system. Paperless technology has become the basis of the system. All access control functions are integrated into the mobile application. Users do not need physical passes — a smartphone is enough. Permanent and one-time passes are issued through the app, meeting rooms are booked, and coworking is paid for.

The entrance groups of the IT park are equipped with a modern access system based on Contour Bio swing smart turnstiles and automatic Concept gates manufactured by Infomatika. Smart turnstiles are equipped with mobile identification readers with NFC and BLE support, which allows you to use your phone as a contactless card, excluding the use of plastic cards.
The integration of smart turnstiles with the ACS Parsec controllers, as well as the ITV Intelligence security system, was carried out.
Compact and convenient combination readers are installed on the doors of the premises inside the IT park, a joint partnership solution with ESMART®. We have equipped the reader with our own controller and QR code scanner. This solution allows the reader to work simultaneously in 2 systems:
Using a PSA greatly simplifies the procedure for visitor access and increases the security of the facility, since all visitor actions are authorized.
Implementation results:
1. Effective access control for all client groups (permanent, temporary, guest passes) is provided;
2. A convenient system for issuing guest passes has been introduced, reducing the time for administrative procedures.;
3. Reducing the human factor and reducing the burden on security services and security checkpoints;
4. Increase the level of security and control over all categories of visitors;
5 Exclusion of physical identifiers: All types of media are now in the smartphone (mobile identifiers).

Scope of work and equipment:
- Working design;
- Manufacture, supply and installation of Contour Bio swing smart turnstiles - 18 aisles (23 racks);
- Production, supply and installation of automatic gates "Concept" - 15 pcs.;
- Manufacture, supply and installation of Combined QR code readers with a controller - 60 pcs.;
- Implementation and integration of the One-Time Pass System (PSA) into the mobile application of the IT Park;
- Commissioning works.
